Ground is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. Commercial Invoices and Declared Values: All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. Tracking Your Package: You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. Returns Returns: All eBay purchases are expected to meet your expectations. Buyers of non “as-is” merchandise have 30 days from date of receipt to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA can be requested by using the eBay ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) feature at the top of the listing. All returns must be in original unused condition. Returns MUST be received in our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your order or they will be refused and returned back to you.
