Reflections on pieces is from light box. Just light scratching from occasional use is all you should expect. No signs of misuse. If you need any help, feel free to email us. STORE POLICIES: We strive to accurately list everything and we acquire our items from fine estate sales. It is the buyer’s responsibility to look at all pictures, read description, and ask any questions prior to bidding or buying! We are not experts on all items we have listed. We are constantly on “the hunt” for exciting things to pass on to you. We take pride in every piece. Items are inventoried and stored in a clean and smoke-free environment. In every title, you will find a number in parentheses. This is for our inventory control only. We always try to select items from estate sales that are also clean and smoke-free. ANY PROBLEMS: We request that if you have any issues upon arrival of your item that you contact us before starting a case. Customer service is top priority for us and we want our customers happy! We also appreciate your positive feedback. If there are any issues that would cause you to leave a neutral or negative feedback when you receive your item, we want to know. We cannot correct a problem if we do not know about it. SHIPPING: We use recycled materials for packaging/shipping! We ship out the same day if payment is received by 12 PM (CST)/2 PM (PST). Packing your item is of the utmost importance and we pack each item for a successful shipping result. With some items we may be double boxing just to do everything we can to get the product to you unbroken. We try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible but please keep this in mind. For heavy items, we utilize UPS or FEDEX. Shipping address will be the address you have in the system. If this needs to change you need to take care of this before purchase. Search the help feature on how you change your address. PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made during those 3 days. RETURN POLICY: We do our best to accurately describe every item. Please look at the pictures and description BEFORE bidding or buying. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Refund is given upon receipt of item in the listed condition.
