It is aluminum with two small plastic rods inside that hold the note or paper sheet. To insert or release the sheet, you just push the note/paper upwards to move the plastic rods. The clip has an adhesive strip on back for mounting. The front of the clip has “Ritalin (methylphenidate) CIBA” printed on it.
